Is there an additional cost for larger families?
Yes. Family sessions with six or more people will include an additional fee of $15 per person.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel outside of Elizabeth City, NC will incur a fee. Feel free to reach out for a custom quote.
What happens if it rains or we need to reschedule?
Life happens! I understand that weather and unexpected things can come up. If a session needs to be rescheduled due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, whether on your end or mine, we will work together to find a new date that works for us both. There is no penalty for rescheduling. However, your $50 nonrefundable retainer will be transferred to the new date.
What is the retainer fee, and is it refundable?
A $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your session date. This fee holds your spot on my calendar and goes toward your final balance. It is nonrefundable but will carry over to a new date if we need to reschedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your session and choose not to reschedule, your $50 retainer will be forfeited. The retainer is nonrefundable and secures your original booking. If you’d like to reschedule instead, it will carry over to the new session date.
How long will it take to get my photos back?
Please allow up to two weeks for your fully edited gallery. I’ll always do my best to deliver them as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality.
